Satellite Teams is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Client Services Coordinator to provide superior coordination of the virtual front desk duties utilizing excellent customer service, strong computer skills, and professionalism. Under direction, this role performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the point of contact for our clients by answering all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party
Respond to general emails requesting basic information such as balance inquiries, payment information, or reporting violations occurring in the communities
Assist with data entry, electronic filing of documents, and other clerical tasks
Updating client information, maintaining records, and word processing
Assist with website maintenance by updating information as needed
Organize, confirm, and schedule appointments as needed
Log all requests into CRM tool when received by phone or email and manage requests submitted through the Client portals.
Respond to Client requests within 2 hours during normal business hours (8am-5pm) or the beginning of the next business day for requests received during non-business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-3 years of administrative support experience a plus
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
Excellent customer service skills, polite and courteous
Punctual, patient, and dependable
Ability to prioritize and multi-task

We are looking for a Lien Negotiator whose primary function will be to negotiate post-settlement liens, including health
insurance liens, hospital liens, private medical provider liens, and state and federal medical provider liens. They will also
be responsible for finalizing the case and providing clients with the best recovery possible and exhibit a high level of
efficiency and proficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly keeping clients informed
Providing status updates to providers
Drafting reduction letters
Obtaining final medical balances at settlement
Assemble, organize, and itemize client medical bills
Communicate with Medi-cal and Medicare
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Attention to detail
Maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all business communications
Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
Ability to multitask
Work both independently and as a member
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year university
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
